	Seven Principles of Spiritualism The underlying philosophy of Spiritualism is based on seven principles. These principles were originally received through the mediumship of Emma Hardinge Britten; The Fatherhood of God The Brotherhood of Man The immortality of the Soul The continuity of the individual soul with it's personal characteristics beyond the veil of death The proven fact of communion between incarnate and discarnate spirits Personal responsibility with compensation and retribution here and hereafter for all good or evil deeds done on Earth A pathway of eternal progress open to every Soul who wills to tread it These form the foundation for the beliefs of the majority of Spiritualists however they are open to personal interpretation.
